We have to develop systems to help us maintain a balance for the nurturing required to sustain a successful business.

Meanwhile, Forbes reports that companies with engaged employees are 21% more profitable. These numbers highlight the potential of prioritizing your relationships to enable consistent nurturing – it affects your bottom line significantly.
