A typical engagement with The Expressory begins with understanding your business, audience, and relationship goals. Through our onboarding process, we’ll identify the key occasions you want to acknowledge and design story-driven touchpoints to be executed on your behalf. These may include birthday acknowledgments, business anniversaries, client welcomes, or milestone celebrations. You’ll also have the ability to recognize personal life events such as sympathy, marriage, or new baby moments. Each touchpoint is crafted to reflect your brand personality and budget. Over time, these consistent gestures help strengthen emotional loyalty and turn clients into brand ambassadors.
The Foundation Service includes three main components:
1. Discovery Session: A deep dive into your brand voice, goals, and client relationships to shape authentic touchpoints.
2. Touchpoint Design and Mapping: You’ll be presented with a set of recommended touchpoint options for each occasion. From these, you’ll select one to serve as a template. Each option is designed using The Expressory’s Six Strategic Storylines™ to ensure alignment with your message and brand experience. Once finalized, these become templated touchpoints available for ongoing ordering.
3. Fulfillment and System Setup: You’ll be paired with an account manager to design a fulfillment system that fits your company’s workflow. This process is intentionally flexible to ensure ease of use, consistency, and measurable ROI.

During setup, we’ll discuss your ideal customer experience and propose touchpoints that align with those moments. From there, we’ll create templates and systems that make it simple to consistently deliver thoughtful, on-brand gestures.

No. The Foundation Service is not required. If you choose to implement the Strategic Engagement program, it already includes all the elements of the Foundation Service. You can also hire us for a one-time project instead of an ongoing service, depending on your needs.
