Fulfillment: Once we align on the right experience for each touchpoint/occasion, your team can request as needed. No minimums.
You will also be able to request ad-hoc life milestone acknowledgements to ensure your clients feel seen beyond the business context, in the moments it matters most. Think baby, wedding and sympathy.
Holiday and Special Projects: Your team will also have access to our customer experience design team for those extra efforts where you need a one-time mailing. We'll work with you from design to delivery to make sure your special acknowledgements make the emotional connection you need to form long-lasting relationships.
